Beer & Wine Pairing With Split Rail Winery
Join us for our beer AND wine pairing dinner with Split Rail Winery. Monday, January 20 at 6:00 PM. Lance, our head brewer, will talk through tasting each beer and Jed from Split Rail will do the same with the wine pairing.
Each course includes one 6-oz beer and one 3-oz wine pairing.
Course 1: coffee infused pork mole, topped with pickled carrot, onion, and jalapeño
Course 2: pan seared scallops on a mango sauce topped with a radish, jicama, cucumber salad and finished with pickled spicy peppers
Course 3: churro cream puff
