Live Music- Speedy Gray
Speedy Gray grew up in rural North Carolina. Raised in an environment of gospel, folk, and R&B. Speedy first hit the road at 12 years old playing guitar in a traveling gospel act, The New Life Gospel Singers. After touring churches in the South during the 70's, Speedy then went in a wildly different direction to rock and punk bands through the 80s most notably with the critically acclaimed but terribly unrecognized post punk band The Dollmakers.
After the dissolution of The Dollmakers in 1992 Speedy relocated to rural Wyoming and fell in love with cowboy songs and poetry, an influence that shows itself in multiple, diverse, and interesting ways.

Live Music - Lili st. anne
With lucid lyrics, playful melodies, and the occasional snarl, Lili St Anne explores themes of love and loss. Performances vary from the stripped-down singer-songwriter intimacy of Elizabeth and her guitar to full band expressions with bass, drums, and a variety of electronics.
The sound calls to mind the likes of Julia Jacklin, Sharon Van Etten, Feist, and Angel Olsen.

Live Music - Hillfolk Noir
Built on more than 15 years of “junkerdash” tradition, Hillfolk takes their acoustic guitar, double bass, and “anything you can find at a hardware store” sound and integrates driving drums and an electrified sound. From mountains of frontman Travis Ward’s ragged, spiral-bound notebooks this Boise, Idaho-based band tells earnest stories about the lives of lovers, law-breakers, and the lion-hearted. “If John Steinbeck owned a speakeasy,” said John Doe (X, the Knitters), “Hillfolk Noir would be the house band.”

Live Music - My friend, joe lyle
A deeply-felt guitarist, vocalist, and creative, Joseph Lyle has touched the hearts of Idaho with acoustic brilliance over the past decade. Originally hailing from Whidbey Island, Washington, Lyle spent most of his childhood playing music with his family in Boise, Idaho. His hypnotic fingerstyle talent is inspired by the art of musicians such as Michael Hedges, Sergio Altamura, Tommy Emmanuel, and Andy McKee. His sound also exhibits classical and new age influences, as well as Egyptian folk.
Lyle is a co-founder and original member of Fret Monkey Records, an international guitar collective launched in 2015. Since then, he has spent time touring with band Oceans Are Zeroes and producing three solo albums available to stream everywhere (Surface Tension, A Walk with the Leaves, and Snowflakes).
Lyle currently spends his time writing music, organizing a local music exposition, and performing regularly throughout the greater Boise area.
You can follow Joseph Lyle on Instagram and Spotify to stay-up-to-date on performances and new music.

Live Music - spencer batt
Born and raised in the hop fields of Idaho's Snake River Valley, Spencer Batt's earthy sound is a direct product of his upbringing. Much time was spent sitting in the back of his father’s pickup truck listening to 60's and 70's rock 'n roll while cruising through the fields. It wasn't until dropping out of concert band and piano lessons that he found his love for guitar at the age of 16. From there he would go on to the University of Idaho where he would start his first band Clearview, and begin the path of singer/songwriter. Upon graduation, Spencer found himself without a proper job secured, but was scraping by playing music. This free spirited attitude turned out to be the catalyst that would ultimately lead to the incarnation of Boise based band Soul Serene. After 4 years of hitting the local scene and touring the northwest, Spencer returned to the University of Idaho to complete a master’s degree in environmental science. Upon graduation in May 2014, Spencer once again decided to forego a traditional career and returned to music. He has since played hundreds of events including weddings and other intimate settings thus honing the craft of entertainer.

Live Music - Ashley rose
If High Desert Soul was a thing — music that moves you through word and harmony in the tradition of real roots Americana — but with an ear towards jazz, and a pocket as deep as river canyon, that’s the ARB. AR’s songwriting is simultaneously earthy as it is urban. Sincere lyricism, rich harmonic and rhythmic structure, clearly influenced by the likes of Joni, Lucinda & Ani DiFranco. All held up with the sturdy pulse of Vintage Soul & Motown.

Live Music- Jenn Snyder
Writing and playing music is an outlet for me -- a way to immortalize, if you will, a memory or feelings or events or even a different perspective. Music is magical, as it can take you back to a moment in time you will never forget, remind you of lessons learned, and reflect on how much you have grown as a person.
I grew up in a musical family, surrounded by grangehall dances, honkytonk bars, livingroom concerts and opera. But I am my own genre, really. A little bit country, a little bit blues, a little bit rock, a little bit americana and a whole lot of life! And I like it that way!
I take pride in telling a story and really focus on my lyrics and the mood portrayed when I create a melody.
I am inspired by life experience and enjoy creating and playing music with friends and family.
