Brewery to Farm to Table Dinner

$60.00
sold out

Join us for our brewery-to-farm-to-table dinner! Featuring bison fed with spent grain from our brewhouse. Monday, November 18 at 6:00 PM.

Course 1: Swedish bison meatballs and buttery mash

Course 2: Cheesy gnocchi with bison roast

Course 3: olive oil chiffon cake with spiced pear compote and whipped cream frosting

Each batch of beer we make ends with around 1,000 lbs of spent grain that is waste for Boise Brewing. But as they say, one man’s garbage is another bison’s food. The sugar has been extracted from the grain, but proteins and other nutrients give it a second use as feed for our local bison rancher at Roam Ranch. There are ecological benefits too. Last year, 128,000 lbs of spent grain avoided the landfill.

On the 18th, Jeremy will join us as well. Look for the guy in the cowboy hat.

Please note, gratuity has already been added to the ticket price.
